The purpose of this last exhibitor service newsletter before the trade fair is to inform you about important events and activities – a sort of brief reminder about last-minute details.
Don't forget: The CEO Roundtable will take place in hall B2 at the Photonics Forum from 10:30 – 11:30 a.m. on Tuesday, 16 June 2009. CEOs of leading photonics companies will discuss the topic “Optical Technologies - Bright Hopes in Times of Crisis”.
Last activity/promotion: Use our guest tickets to invite your customers to LASER World of PHOTONICS. As a special bonus for our combined efforts to make the fair a success, we are reducing the ceiling that applies to guest tickets in 2009.

The industry “summit meeting” for LASER World of PHOTONICS 2009 will be taking place from 10:30 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. on 16 June 2009 in the Photonics Forum (hall B2, booth 403). There, the discussion will focus on topics around the theme of “Optical Technologies – Bright Hopes in Times of Crisis.” Participating in this year’s panel will be six of the international photonics industry’s luminaries:

Application Panels at LASER World of PHOTONICS

 The World of Photonics Congress will also cover these themes in a series of application panels, the slogan of which is lasers and photonics in actual practice. These application-oriented lectures and workshops bridge the gap between theory and practice. They are broken down into three categories, i.e. Biophotonics and Life Sciences, Advanced Lasers and Light Generation in Science and Industry, and Laser Systems for Production Engineering, with special emphasis on photovoltaic manufacturing.
