 Welcome to issue four of the Exhibitor Service Newsletter.
LASER World of PHOTONICS opens its gates in just a few weeks. Among other things, we are writing to you today to tell you about our reduction of payment for your guest-tickets, our new press services for audio and video material and our Career Center where you can recruit your specialists at the fair. In addition we would like to point out the registration of the Application Panels which are a part of the World of Photonics Congress 2009 and which will be included in the Photonics Forums for the first
time
this
year.

MODIFICATION of payment for your guest-tickets for LASER World of PHOTONICS 2009

We reduce the ceiling of payment for your visitor promotion especially in 2009.
Main Exhibitors and exhibitors at a joint stand will pay for maximum 1 redeemed tickets per booked sqm. Co-exhibitors will be invoiced for no more than 10 redeemed tickets (if they do not belong to the same group of companies as the main exhibitor). |

 A large number of companies have recently started using audio and moving image PR. Company and production information is no longer just communicated in writing, but also by means of podcasts and video clips. We have extended our press services to make sure that exhibitors at LASER World of PHOTONICS can also use these channels for their trade fair communication activities. As from now, we can publish your footage material, video clips and podcasts on the press pages and in some places on the visitor pages of the trade fair
